Access Bars®
Access Bars is the foundational class of Access Consciousness. In this one-day training, you’ll learn how to lightly touch 32 points on the head to release the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, feelings, emotions, and judgments that may be keeping you stuck. Learning to run Bars can offer mental clarity, deep relaxation, stress relief and greater ease in every area of your life. No experience is necessary and you leave the class as a certified practitioner.
Foundation Class
The Foundation class is a 3.5 day class that allows a deep dive into undoing the limitations you’ve been functioning from—often without even knowing it. Using powerful tools and clearing from Access consciousness, you’ll start creating a life based on choice, awareness and infinite possibility. This class is designed to empower you to know what you know and to unlock the change you’ve always known is possible.

Energetic Facelift
The Access Energetic Facelift is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on process that can rejuvenate the face and body—and create greater ease with aging, appearance, and judgment. In this one-day class, you’ll learn the technique and gift and receive sessions twice. People often report feeling more relaxed, radiant, and vibrant, as the energetic layers of self-criticism and tension melt away.
3-Day Body Class
This immersive class invites you to develop a new connection with your body through over 50 energetic body processes. Across three days, you’ll gift and receive these processes, designed to release the stuck energy and tension held in the body. Participants often experience pain relief, postural change, deep relaxation and a sense of joy and communion with their bodies that goes far beyond words.
